How to Use Match Management

Match Management is the ultimate tool for those organizing recurring games. With it, you automate everything from attendance confirmation and waitlists to financial control and game statistics.

1. Create Your Match 

In the dashboard, fill in the basic information so everyone knows the game details:

  • Date and Time: When kick-off happens.

  • Location: Venue name, court type, or map link.

  • Player Limit: Set the maximum capacity. As soon as the limit is reached, the system automatically places new interested players on a Waitlist.

  • Price and Payment Info: Enter the price per person and display your Payment Key (e.g., PIX/ID) so players can pay instantly.

2. Privacy and Security 

To keep the game exclusive to your group:

  • Access Password: You can set a password. Thus, only players who receive the code can confirm attendance or view match details.

3. Share the Link 

After registering, use the quick action buttons to spread the word:

  • WhatsApp: Sends a formatted invite with all data and the direct link to the match page.

  • Copy Link: To paste into your group chat or social media bio.

4. Attendance Confirmation and Payment 

Upon accessing the link, the player has full autonomy:

  • Check-in: They confirm participation (or join the waitlist if the limit is reached).

  • Mark Absence: If they can't make it, they can report their absence to free up the spot.

  • Report Payment: After transferring the money to the organizer, the player clicks a button to notify they have paid. This helps the organizer filter who has already flagged the transfer.

  • Registered Player: If the player is already in your Roster, simply select them so the system pulls their attributes (skill level/position) for the team draw.

5. Organizer Financial Management 

In the admin area, the organizer has final control:

  • Validate Payments: You will see which players reported payment and can check if it matches your bank statement.

  • Pending Items: Quickly see who hasn't confirmed payment yet or access the financial page to see how much is missing to cover the venue cost and generate a message reminding those with pending payments.

6. Draw with Confirmed Players 

Game time? Forget typing names manually:

  • Click on "Draw Teams". The system will automatically use only the list of players who have checked in.

  • Choose between Simple, Skill Level, or Position modes to ensure balance.

7. Goals and Standings (Digital Match Report) 

Turn the draw into professional statistics:

  • Record Matchups: Log the scores of the games played.

  • Top Scorers and Standings: Add the goal scorers. The system automatically generates the Wins, Draws, and Losses table, as well as the top scorers' ranking and general team standings.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Does the system verify the payment with the bank automatically? No. The system works as a facilitator: the player notifies they have paid, and you, the organizer, do the final validation after checking your account. This prevents errors and ensures your security.

What happens if a "Confirmed" player drops out? When removing a player, the system allows you to manage the Waitlist, promoting the next interested person to the main list.

Do goal statistics add up with other games? Yes! The data recorded here feeds into your general Statistics module, creating a complete performance history of your players over time.
